At Genioo, it always begins with a dream
For leaders in pharma, biotech, and medtech, on a life-changing and life-saving mission, a journey in transformation takes you to the cutting-edge of your field. But nothing is more painful than projects and transformations that fall short of their full value and deliver less impact to your business and the people and patients you serve.
Inspiring a journey
Our founders, Frederic Brunner and Rene Limacher, experienced this pain many times in global life science companies and as consultants in top-tier firms, and so too did Alexandre Brunner, in his work with consultants as a leader in FMCG.
In 2012, after tiring from seeing visionaries wake from ambitious dreams to face a cold and harsh reality, they made the bold move to break away from traditional consulting to launch Genioo, a consulting firm with a vision to help leaders in life sciences find a better way. The Genioo Way.
It's all about co-creation and human connection
We don't believe that projects should ever have to be painful nor that leaders should ever accept anything than the best outcomes.
Instead, since our journey began, we've had many learnings and aha moments. We've learned from our own transformation, as well as our clients', that when it comes to strategy realization and a project’s long-term success, it’s not just what you do, but how you do it and with whom.
There is so much power in human connection and co-creation that deepens understanding, belief, and ownership (you'll hear us talk about UBO a lot) and this in turn drives success in transformation.
And so we tried, tested, fine-tuned our One Team approach, your team takes the lead, and our team takes the supporting role. And we codified it into our proprietary unique process completely centered around people and shaped by our purpose, culture, and values.

Determined to secure supply through better supply risk management and planning processes, the team turned to Genioo to connect across its nine multinational sites, all operating independently, at different levels of maturity.
Together, we collated c.2000 inputs on existing practices, pain points, and performance to prioritize 11 initiatives to harmonize sourcing and planning and deepen collaboration.
