Kathrin Munz

As Head of Client Success Enablement at Genioo, Kathrin leads a global, cross-functional team spanning Sales Operations, Marketing & Offering Development, Client Experience, and Talent Acquisition.

Together with her teams and their business partners she builds the systems, tools, and capabilities that power how Genioo wins, delivers, and grows with clients - connecting strategy to execution and enabling scalable growth.

Previous experience

For more than a decade, Kathrin has played a role in shaping how Genioo transforms transformation.  

Prior to her current role, Kathrin held several positions at Genioo, where she helped build the company’s capabilities from the ground up. Starting as an operations associate, she established Sales Operations, later moved into service development, and led the PMO function. She has worked across both Switzerland and the United States. 

Her work is defined by the belief in collaboration, practical progress, and creating the conditions for teams to do their best work together. 

Education

Kathrin holds a BSc and MSc in Business Administration from the University of Bern, with a focus on information systems. 

Languages: Native (Swiss) German and fluent in English and French 

Interests

Outside of work, Kathrin enjoys travelling and spending time in nature - skiing in winter and hiking in summer. She values time spent cooking and sharing meals with friends and family, bringing the same energy and curiosity to her personal life as to her work.
