Geoff’s focus is to enable our clients to scope, develop, and execute transformative programs, working closely with business and functional leaders in life sciences.
He is particularly passionate about helping teams Understand, Believe, and Own ambitious ideas, and on building the capabilities of these teams to bring these ideas to life.
Geoff is a generalist, having worked across multiple functions in life sciences. To this he adds his extensive experience in commercial operations and shared services from past roles as a life sciences executive. In addition, he brings experience driving lean enterprise transformations in service and commercial functions. Geoff has also shared this operational knowledge in plenary sessions and panels at numerous industry conferences.
Previous Experience
Prior to Genioo, Geoff was a management consultant at McKinsey and Company, followed by a 20-year career in progressive global executive roles at Novartis, Becton Dickinson, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Education
Geoff earned a PhD in Physics from Cornell University, in Ithaca NY USA, and a BS in Physics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst MA USA. He has a working knowledge of German.
Interests
Although, natively from Boston, for the past 10 years Geoff calls home in Morristown, New Jersey, where he lives with his wife, two sons, and a cavapoo. In his time away from work, Geoff enjoys baking almost anything, vegetable gardening, reading novels, and playing games with his family.
Geoff volunteers as an official for his son’s competitive swim team, and volunteers at local charities.
