Chris has been with Genioo since 2022. His main focus is to drive transformation within Procurement and Supply Chain, helping clients to deliver step change in process improvements for leaner operations and cost optimization.
Chris brings a diverse view of Supply Chain and Procurement landscapes from his experience as a Supply Management expert at McKinsey & Company and as CPO of global companies across industries.
His experience leading great teams has given him the opportunity to define and implement long term procurement strategies, align plans with demanding stakeholder groups, and achieve quantitative targets above expectations, especially in the context of short-notice change of executive committee plans.
Previous Experience
Prior to Genioo, Chris was a Consultant at McKinsey and Company for over 8 years. He has also held CPO positions at Carlsberg, IWG, and the Swiss Post. He has also held advisory board positions at a procurement tech start-up and supply chain analytics firm.

This is most fulfilling when belief in a solution is low at the outset, but support for it in the end is near 100%!"
Education
Chris holds a Masters degree in theoretical physics. He is fluent in German and English, speaks Swedish and French at conversational level, and rudimentary Italian and Finnish.
Interests
Chris loves to be outdoors especially during the winter months as an avid skier and cross-country skier. During summer he started to learn to sail on the lake of Zurich.
