As Head of Client Service Europe, Andreas is responsible for delivering superior value and our unique Genioo experience to our clients in Europe.
Andreas has more than 15 years of experience in strategy consulting. Throughout his career he has focused on small and large-scale transformations in the Life Science industry, as well as designing and delivering value creation programs for PE portfolio companies. Andreas is passionate about the Life Science industry and designing the best ways of working for our clients to ensure that they get the best results from their projects.
Previous experience
Andreas began his career as an engineer and then moved into consulting at Accenture in 2004 where he stayed more than 11 years.
In his role at Accenture, he built and led the Strategy Consulting practice for Life Sciences companies in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), serving several top 20 pharmaceutical companies.
"As a trained engineer, I am an advocate of investing more time in the planning phase and ensuring that plans are aligned with the people who need to execute them. To some, this may seem counterintuitive because it takes longer to get going. But in reality you get the intended benefits much faster."
Education
Andreas has an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from ETH Zurich.
Languages: Native German, fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
Interests
Andreas is a father of three and spends his spare time traveling and joining family and friends in outdoor activities.
