  • A top three global eye care company had acquired a company which manufactures handheld Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) treatment device
  • The company wanted to launch the new product in the initial set of four countries while integrating the acquired company
  • Robust program management was critical for smooth integration and launch

Solution

  • Provided overall PMO support on launch management activities
  • Collaborated with multiple functions such as Commercial, R&D, TechOps and Regulatory to facilitate operational activities such as demand forecast, commercial planning, marketing, regulatory submission, and complaint handling
  • Developed in-depth launch readiness review
  • Contributed to design thinking workshop to help design innovative customer engagement strategies
