- The company wanted to launch the new product in the initial set of four countries while integrating the acquired company

- Provided overall PMO support on launch management activities
- Collaborated with multiple functions such as Commercial, R&D, TechOps and Regulatory to facilitate operational activities such as demand forecast, commercial planning, marketing, regulatory submission, and complaint handling
