• A global medical device company had acquired an early-stage medical devices company that manufactures handheld MGD treatment device
• Genioo supported on the planning and execution of Day 1 – Day 100 integration initiatives

• Provided overall PMO on post-merger integration activities 
• Developed ELT presentation materials to ensure leadership buy-ins and stakeholder alignment
• Organized integration workshop to align with multiple workstreams on operational activities such as new product launch, commercial planning, marketing, regulatory, and production
