A clinical stage biotech company had a number of promising assets in development and a technology platform with potential applications in ophthalmic areas. With a detailed understanding of the Chinese market, scientific, and competitive landscape, it needed a strategy to help refine and present its expansion strategy to secure board approval and PE funding.
